• 190 living quarters (upscale) consisting of 20 blocks of 5 & 4 bedroom Terraced buildings, Fully Detached and Semi-Detached Bungalows.
• Gate house and Perimeter fencing with rendering.
• Asphalted Roads and Concrete Drains.
• Central Sewage System.
• Water connections (industrial boreholes etc).
• Electrification and Street lights.
• Landscaping, etc.
